Indian weddings In Savannah
Layered, vibrant, multi day celebrations in a city that makes a beautiful backdrop for them. My studio specializes in weekends like these.

What I Have Learned Shooting These
An Indian wedding is not one day and it is not only about the couple. It is about legacy, ritual and community. I have photographed Hindu ceremonies, Muslim Nikahs and fusion weddings. The photos above are from Parul and Neil's wedding at Victory North and Aziza and Imran's at the Jepson Center.
Knowing when to step back is part of the job. I know not to interrupt a sacred ritual for a photo, and I know where to be when the crowd parts or when emotion peaks.
Savannah Things To Plan For
- Baraat route. Ask your venue and planner early. Street use downtown may need a permit, and the route affects how we plan the photos.
- Mandap and sun. For an outdoor ceremony, tell me where the mandap will face. Harsh midday light can be fixed with planning, not after.
- Multi day coverage. Mehndi, sangeet, ceremony and reception each have their own feel. Tell me which ones you want documented.
- Family portraits. Large families need time. Build a real block into the schedule, with a written list.
Your Date
Tell me where you are getting married and I will tell you how I would photograph it.
